Bakkavor announces the appointment of Jill Caseberry, who will join the Board of Bakkavor on 1 March 2021 as an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

 

Jill is an accomplished general manager with extensive sales, marketing and general management experience across a number of blue-chip companies including Mars, PepsiCo and Premier Foods. She brings a depth of understanding of the food industry, spending most of her career in marketing, commercial and general management roles in the food and beverage sector. Jill is currently a Non-executive Director of Bellway plc, C&C Group plc, St Austell Brewery and Halfords Group plc.

 

Simon Burke, Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board, I am delighted to welcome Jill to the Board. Jill's extensive executive experience in the food and beverage sector, where she has been involved in both turnaround and growth situations, in a range of branded and own label businesses, will be of significant benefit to the Board.
