The Board refers to its announcement dated 16 September 2010 outlining the amendments to the investment management agreements and is pleased to announce that the amended and restated investment management agreements have now been entered into.

Accordingly, the notices that FCPT served to terminate the existing management arrangements have now been formally withdrawn.
