CHANGE OF NAME

New FCPT Limited (the 'Company') announces that, following the extraordinary general meeting of F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited ('FCPT') held on 3 September 2009, FCPT changed its name to FCPT Holdings Limited.  The Company had previously passed a resolution changing its name from 'New FCPT Limited' to 'F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited', conditional only upon FCPT changing its name from 'F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited' to another name. Accordingly, the change of FCPT's name to FCPT Holdings Limited has triggered the change in the Company's name to F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited with effect from today, 9 September 2009. Therefore, the top company in the group and the company that is listed on the UKLA's Official List and traded on the London Stock Exchange will again be called F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited. 

 

The Company's ticker symbol will remain 'FCPT'.
