RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Following the Extraordinary General Meeting of F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited held today at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3QL the Board is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the waiver granted by the Takeover Panel from the obligation on the Resolution Concert Party to make an offer for the Company under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code, should the Company purchase its own shares, was passed. 

In accordance with the Listing Rules, a copy of the resolution passed at the meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
