Balfour Beatty plc ('the Company') was informed on 7 April 2009 by Balfour Beatty Employees Trustees Limited that, on 31 March 2009, each of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') was the subject of an award of 50p Ordinary Shares in the Company by The Trustees of the Balfour Beatty Employees' Share Ownership Trust, pursuant to the Rules of the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan 2005.
