Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") was informed on 10 July 2013 by the Trustee of the Balfour Beatty Share Incentive Plan 2011 (the "SIP") that on 8 July 2013 each of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") acquired the number of Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company shown against his name at 211.65p per Ordinary Share through reinvestment of dividends as a result of participation in the SIP:
