W Walvis, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company at price of 153.25p per Ordinary Share on 1 November 2002,
all of which will be registered in his own name.  His total holding of Ordinary
Shares is now 10,000, which constitutes less than 0.01% of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.
