were granted options over the Company's 50p Ordinary Shares under the Balfour
Beatty Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2001:

All options were granted at an Exercise Price of 133.0p.



Mr Welton and Mr Tyler have entered into 3 Year Savings Contracts; as a result,
their options are exercisable between 1 July 2006 and 31 December 2006.



Mr Rabin and Mr Zinkin have entered into 5 Year Savings Contracts; as a result,
their options are exercisable between 1 July 2008 and 31 December 2008.
