DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, announces that Robert Amen will be retiring from the Board, where he is a non-executive director, on 31 December 2015.
Philip Aiken Chairman said: "I would like to thank Robert for his contribution and commitment to Balfour Beatty over the last five years and wish him well for the future."
