DEATH OF A DIRECTOR

It is with great sadness that Balfour Beatty announces the death of Graham Roberts, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, who passed away on 1 July, 2016.

Graham Roberts had been a Non-Executive member of the Balfour Beatty Board since 2009.

Philip Aiken, Chairman of Balfour Beatty, said, "On behalf of Balfour Beatty, I would like to express our sympathy to Graham's family and pay tribute to Graham, a highly valued colleague".
