Maureen Kempston Darkes will retire from the Board at Balfour Beatty's Annual General Meeting on 18 May 2017.
Philip Aiken, Balfour Beatty Chairman, said: "Maureen joined the Board in 2012. During this time she has chaired the Business Practices committee and the Safety and Sustainability committee. I would like to thank Maureen for her commitment and dedication to Balfour Beatty."
