Balfour Beatty plc - Listing Rule 9.6.11: Notification of Board Changes and Directors' details

As previously notified on 8 January 2013, Ian Tyler will be handing over to Andrew McNaughton as Chief Executive of Balfour Beatty plc (the" Company") on 31 March 2013.

Notification is now made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 that Ian Tyler will retire as a Director of the Company from the same date.
