Notice of Intended Cancellation of Preference Shares
Balfour Beatty has given notice (the "Redemption Notice") to holders of its cumulative convertible redeemable preference shares of 1p each (ISIN: GB 0000978204) (the "Preference Shares") that it intends to redeem the Preference Shares in full at a price of 100p per Preference Share together with accrued interest to the date of repayment on 1 July 2020 (the "Redemption Date"). A copy of the Redemption Notice is available at the Company's website at https://www.balfourbeatty.com/investors/shareholder-centre/preference-shareholders/ . In accordance with Listing Rule 5.2.8 and Rule 4.18 of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") Admission and Disclosure Standards, the Company hereby gives notice of its intention to request the cancellation of listing of the Preference Shares on the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and their admission to trading on the Main Market of the LSE with effect on and from the Redemption Date.
