in the bank's board that is due to take place on October 2 in New York Mr.
Richard C. Breeden will be proposed as independent board member.


Richard C. Breeden, graduate in International Relations by Standford University
and in Law by Harvard Law School, was the President of the American SEC
(Securities and Exchange Commission) between 1989 and 1993. He is considered an
expert on the US and international financial systems and has an important
prestige as expert in corporate governance of listed companies.
