In relation with the recent news that BBVA Bolsa, S.A. has been chosen as one of
the global coordination company of the Public Offer of Sale of 65% of Enagas
stock capital, and in order to be as clear as possible with the transaction,
BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA, S.A. informs that has an ownership of 2.863% in
the stock capital of Gas Natural, SDG.
