Application has been made for the admission of 926,778 ordinary shares of 5p
each to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange. These shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of Options. The
shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and
dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on Friday, 5 July
2002.
