announcement released on 26 April 2000 at 15:38 under RNS No 6325j.
The announcement refers to 298,400 shares and 250,000 options at 25p per share
and not 298,000 shares and 250,0000 options as originally shown
.
All other details remain unchanged.

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of
298,400 ordinary shares of 5p each in Brancote Holdings Plc.
The shares have been issued in connection with the exercise of
options. Of those 298,400 shares 250,000 options were exercised
at 25p per share, and 48,400 options were exercised at 66p per
share.
Trading in these shares is due to commence on Thursday 4 May
2000.
