SUBSCRIPTION BY GENERALI WORLDWIDE INSURANCE CO. LTD  ON 3DECEMBER 2008, OF 10,790 NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.

SUBSCRIPTION BY GENERALI IARD, S.A. ON 3DECEMBER 2008, OF 4,352,000 NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.

SUBSCRIPTION BY GENERALI VIE ON 3DECEMBER 2008, OF 3,250,250 NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.

SUBSCRIPTION BY ALLEANZA ASSICURAZIONI S.P.A. ON 3DECEMBER 2008, OF 2,532,980 NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.

SUBSCRIPTION BY INA ASSITALIA ON 3DECEMBER 2008, OF 250,000 NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.
