BRANCOTE HOLDINGS Plc ('THE COMPANY')
Exercise of Options
The Company was notified on 10 April 2002 that Cavendish Partners Limited are
exercising their options 449,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
The exercise price payable for each Ordinary Share is 28 pence and
subscription monies for the aggregate subscription amount of £125,860 have been
received by the Company.
Accordingly, pursuant to the exercise of these options, 449,500 Ordinary Shares
have been allotted, conditional on such shares being admitted to trading on AIM.
Application has been made for admission to trading on AIM in respect of such
shares. Admission is expected to take place on 17 April 2002.
