Grupo Santander Central Hispano informs that in proportion with its current 
shareholding it will subscribe to 10.87% of the Capital Increase of AUNA  
OPERADORES DE TELECOMUNICACIONES, S.A. The subscription will involve the    
disbursement of 78,3 millions Euros.
