Percent held: 4.8%

The Company was informed of the transaction on 4 October 2000
*These shares were sold by Nesbitt Burns Securities Inc, New
York and will be settled in two tranches of shares being
1,250,000 from Swiss Investment Corp (Pershings) and 750,000
from Williams de Broe.
