number of ordinary shares in the Company:

50,000 ordinary shares on 16 March 2001.

50,000 ordinary shares on 20 March 2001.


Matapos Holdings Limited now holds 3,309,780 ordinary shares representing
5.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
