Notification of shareholding

The Company was notified on 26 July 2001 that Matopos Holdings Limited
purchased the following ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company:

 *             50,000 purchased on 9 July 2001 at a price of £1.60; and

 *            275,000 purchased on 24 July 2001 at a price of £1.40.

This brings its holding in the Company to 3,829,780 ordinary shares
representing 5.88% of the issued ordinary shares.
