BRANCOTE HOLDINGS Plc ('The Company')
Notification of shareholding
The Company was notified on 1 August 2001 that on 30 July 2001 Matopos
Holdings Limited purchased 130,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
at a price of £1.55.
This brings its holding in the Company to 3,959,780 ordinary shares
representing 6.08% of the issued ordinary shares.
