number of ordinary shares in the Company:

50,000 ordinary shares of 5p on 23 March 2001.

Matapos Holdings Limited now holds 3,359,780 ordinary shares representing
5.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The company was informed of the purchase on 28 March 2001
