Notification of shareholding

The Company was notified on 28 January 2002 that Consolidated Press Holdings
Limited had acquired 699,597 ordinary shares in the Company and are now
interested in 15,932,617 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company.

This holding in the Company represents 18.75% of the issued ordinary share
capital.
