                          EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS

                   Brancote Holdings plc (or 'the Company')

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 100,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company.  The ordinary shares were issued in
connection with the exercise of 100,000 options at 56p each.

Trading in these shares is due to commence on Monday 23 April 2001.
