Share Placing
On 15 June 2000 the board of Brancote Holdings PLC announced its intention to
undertake a share placing to finance the next phase of its gold exploration
programme in Argentina. The board now announces that it has completed
arrangements for the placing of 2,500,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each,
credited as fully paid, at 130p per share to raise £3.25 million before
expenses.
Application has been made for the admission of these shares on AIM and trading
is expected to commence on Friday 23 June 2000.
