at its meeting held today, has resolved to propose to the Ordinary General 
Meeting of Shareholders, to be held from 09:30 am, the appointment of Mr. Juan
Abello, Mr. Guillermo de la Dehesa and Mr. Abel Matutes as new Independent 
Directors.
