Bango Plc announces that 4,008 new Ordinary Shares of 20p each ('New Ordinary
Shares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise of employee
options.


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary
Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to be
admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 18
January 2006.


Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of shares in
issue will be 26,534,321 Ordinary Shares of 20p each.
