Commercial Discussions with RIM

Bango plc (AIM:BGO), the mobile web payments and analytics company, advises that Research In Motion (RIM) has sent an email to BlackBerry App World™ vendors which states that Bango will be introduced as ''the Merchant of Record for carrier billed transactions" for BlackBerry App World. At this stage neither RIM nor Bango have announced any timescales relating to this project. Accordingly, it is at an early stage and the Company will update the market as appropriate as the project progresses.

Bango is in discussion with many OEMs about using Bango products and services to make their application stores more successful. Bango currently provides payment services to many major suppliers of mobile phone applications enabling the quick and easy collection of payments from mobile phone users using the Company's technology and carrier relationships.
