Grant of Options
The Board of Bango has today granted options over a total of 291,000 ordinary
shares in the Company to employees of the Company. These options are being
granted pursuant to the Bango EMI and Unapproved Share Option Schemes, details
of which are set out in the admission document published by the Company at the
time of its admission to AIM in June 2005. Included in the above are options
over 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company awarded to Peter Saxton, the
Company's Chief Financial Officer.
The options are exercisable at a price of 202p per share for a period of 3 years
following the date of the grant, beginning 3 months from the date of the grant
in respect of 1/12th of their entitlement and a further 1/12th every quarter
thereafter until fully vested.
