Bango has been notified that on 8 February 2006 J O Hambro Capital Management
Limited disposed of 898,400 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares'). Accordingly, J O Hambro Capital Management Limited are
currently interested in 1,462,600 Ordinary Shares in the Company. This holding
represents 5.51% of the Company's issued share capital of 26,534,321 Ordinary
Shares.
