Bango and AnimationFC help 70 clubs in the football league go mobile
October 2nd, 2007 - Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile web platform provider,
announces today that AnimationFC, a market leader in the creation of mobile
phone content, targeted specifically at the sports and entertainment fan, has
signed up to the Bango Service. By the end of 2007, 70 football clubs in the
league are expected to have a presence on the mobile web through AnimationFC and
Bango, including Tottenham Hotspur FC, Newcastle United FC, Fulham FC, West Ham
Utd FC and Aston Villa FC. Current live sites include Celtic FC and Rangers FC.
The mobile club sites will be powered by Bango to provide fast, easy access and
charging for content from football fans world-wide through Bango's global
payment system which offers a seamless and transparent experience for users.
AnimationFC will create and supply the content to the clubs, including its
innovative brand of player animation videos as well as other official, high
quality content including screensavers, wallpapers and realtones, tailored for
each club.
