Bango plc (AIM: BGO), the mobile web payments and analytics company, has in accordance with AIM Rule 20 posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy.

The Company's AGM will be held at 2pm on Friday 24 September 2010 at the offices of Threadneedle Communications, Aldermary House, 10-15 Queen Street, London, EC4N 1TX.
