Notice of AGM

Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile payments and analytics company, confirms that it has posted its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy.

The Company's AGM will be held at 2pm on Monday 19th September 2011 at the offices of Threadneedle Communications, Aldermary House, 10-15 Queen Street, London, EC1N 1TX.
