In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the
Board of Bango would like to notify the market of the following:

Bango plc's issued share capital consists of 26,847,781 ordinary shares of 20p
each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 26,847,781 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bango plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
