TRADING UPDATE
STRENGTHENING OF NORTH AMERICAN MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Directors of Bango are pleased to report today that trading has progressed
according to plan. The Company has made significant progress in all areas of the
business and, in particular, in building the international billing
infrastructure that will support future growth. As previously announced, the
Company has secured important relationships with Vodafone in Germany and with
Cingular and PayPal in North America, which have positioned Bango as a key
mobile content enabler in these rapidly evolving direct-to-consumer markets.
Further details of the Company's progress will be included in the announcement
of Bango's maiden interim results for the 6 months ended 30th September 2005, on
Thursday 20th October 2005.
As part of the Company's growing presence in the important North American
market, Bango is also pleased to announce that it has recruited a Vice President
of Sales for North America, based in California. Bango has also appointed an
experienced manager with global responsibility for expanding its indirect sales
channel.
Ray Anderson, Chief Executive of Bango, commented:
'We are beginning to see significant changes in how brands view mobile - they
want to build a direct, interactive relationship with their consumers by having
their own branded mobile site. The strengthening of our North American team is
entirely consistent with Bango's desire to enable content providers of all sizes
to market, sell and deliver their products and services directly to users on all
mobile networks.'

About Bango
Bango has developed and deployed an open, global, infrastructure platform that
enables content providers to market, sell and deliver their products and
services directly to mobile phone users on all mobile networks using the mobile
Internet. This 'direct-to-consumer' approach operates alongside the mobile
operator's mobile content portals. Leading mobile operators including Vodafone,
Orange, Telefonica and O2 work with Bango to accelerate the growth of their
direct-to-consumer business.
The Bango platform has given cell phone subscribers in Europe and around the
world greater access to third-party content. Leading content brands are now
adopting the Bango Service to engage with all of their existing and potential
mobile customers directly - irrespective of mobile operator. For further
