Changes in the composition of the Boards of Directors

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("BOC Holdings" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), and Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited (the "Bank") announce that at their respective Board meetings held on Friday, 23 June 2023, the Boards decided the following:
1. To change the composition of the Nominations & Corporate Governance Committee, the Human Resources & Remuneration Committee and the Risk Committee, as follows:

The changes are effective as of 01 July 2023.
