Financial Results for the six months ended 30 June 20 22

Nicosia, 09 August 2022

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, 30 August 2022, to examine the financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the six months ended 30 June 2022.

The financial results will be announced on Wednesday, 31 August 2022, before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
