Financial Results for the nine months ended 30 September 20 21

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, 29 November 2021 to examine the financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the nine months ended 30 September 2021.

The financial results will be announced on Tuesday, 30 November 2021, before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
