Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, 31 March 2023, to examine the audited financial statements for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year ended 31 December 2022.

The audited financial statements for the Bank of Cyprus Group will be announced on the same day , to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
