Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group Financial Results for the six months ended 30 June 2019

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, 26 August 2019, to examine the financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the six months ended 30 June 2019.

The financial results will be announced on Tuesday, 27 August 2019, before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
