Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, 29 March 2022, to examine the audited financial statements for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year ended 31 December 2021.

The audited financial statements for the Bank of Cyprus Group will be announced on Wednesday, 30 March 2022 , before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
