Pillar 3 Disclosures for the year ended 31 December 2016

Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited (the "Bank" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces today the publication of its Pillar 3 Disclosures for the year ended 31 December 2016 (the "Pillar 3 Report").
A copy of the Pillar 3 Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Pillar 3 Report is also available on the Group's website www.bankofcyprus.com (Investor Relations).

The Pillar 3 Report referred to in this announcement relates to the Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited, the "Bank", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", which was listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and the Athens Exchange as at 31 December 2016. On 18 January 2017, Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (BOC Holdings) was introduced in the Group structure as the new holding company of the Group. On 19 January 2017, the total issued share capital of BOC Holdings was admitted to listing and trading on the London Stock Exchange and the CSE. The financial information referred to and/or presented in this report is not the Pillar 3 Disclosures of BOC Holdings.
