BGEO Group announces Transaction in Own Shares

 

BGEO Group PLC (BGEO or the Group - LSE: BGEO LN) today announces, that Numis Securities Limited, purchased on behalf of the BGEO the number of ordinary shares of £0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange as set out in the table below (the Repurchased Shares) pursuant to the BGEO share buyback and cancellation programme announced on 10 March 2017 (the Buyback Programme).

Application will be made for the Repurchased Shares to be cancelled immediately. Following the cancellation of the Repurchased Shares, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 39,469,320 which may immediately be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BGEO under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. BGEO Group PLC holds no shares in treasury.   

BGEO will make further announcements following the completion of any additional purchases pursuant to the Buyback Programme.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases made by Numis Securities Limited on behalf of BGEO as part of the Buyback Programme.
