NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC (BGH) was notified on 5 June 2013 that Ian Hague, a Director of BGH and Managing Director of Firebird Republics Fund Ltd. and Firebird New Russia Fund Ltd., had sold BGH ordinary shares (BGH Shares) on behalf of both funds as detailed below.
On 4 June 2013, 9,405 BGH Shares in each of Firebird Republics Fund Ltd. and Firebird New Russia Fund Ltd. were sold at a share price of £18.70 per BGH Share.
Following the sale of BGH Shares by Firebird Republics Fund Ltd. and Firebird New Russia Fund Ltd., the Firebird group of funds continues to hold 2,626,591 BGH Shares, representing approximately 7.31% of the share capital of the Company.
This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
