NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC (BGH) was notified on 31 December 2012 by Kakhaber Davitaia, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, that he had sold on 28 December 2012 and 31 December 2012, 376 BGH ordinary shares (BGH Shares) and 533 BGH Shares, respectively. The sale price per BGH Share for both transactions was £10.37 per BGH Share.
This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
