NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC (the Company) (LSE: BGEO LN) was notified on 10 June 2014 by Kim Bradley, a non-executive Director, that he has acquired 1,250 Company shares on the same day at a price of GBP 24.59 for his personal account. This is the first acquisition of Company shares by Mr Bradley.
This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.4 R (1) (a).
