NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to the publication on 9 April 2015 of the Bank of Georgia Holdings plc (the Company) Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2014, the Company announces that it has, today, made available to shareholders the 2015 Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice of AGM).
The Notice of AGM is available to view on the Company's website at www.bogh.co.uk and has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
The Annual General Meeting will take place at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, 65 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1HS on Thursday, 21 May 2015, commencing at 10:00 am.
